The tuition for Pre-Kindergarten and High School will be $335.00. If a parent has
two or more children in the school, with one child in
Pre-Kindergarten or High School, the discount will apply after the fee of $345.00.
A non-refundable $25.00 registration fee is charged for each new
student to cover registration processing.
Tuition payments must be received at the beginning of the month.
(A late fee of $10.00 will be charged if payment is not received by
the eight of the month). It is recommended that tuition be paid
yearly or quarterly.
To insure your payment and maintain a record of its receipt, send
checks or money orders.
Checks must be made payable to: Al-Ihsan Academy.
A fee of $10.00 will be charged for checks not honored by the
bank.
Al-Ihsan requires that all students pay an annual non-refundable
$75.00
supplies fee. It is charged for each student to cover the cost
of educational materials. Also, all students in the graduating
classes - Kindergarten, Grade 5 and Grade 8 will have to pay a
graduation fee (to be determined).
If
a student loses or damages any school material such as textbooks,
workbooks, library books, equipment, etc, the parent is fully
responsible for replacement/repair. The school will bill the parent for
the replacement/repair of the object and any shipping costs incurred.
In the event that a parent refuses to pay for the replacement/repair,
the school will:
- not issue the student a replacement book
- will not give the student his/her report card
- will
not transfer any records of the student in the event of a school
transfer until all balances on the students’ record have been paid in
full.
